(RE) Birth - A Personal Update and Renewal

I try to not fill this site with anecdotes, but perhaps this is what it needs.

A more relatable tone.

The past several months have been filled with too many turbulent emotional events…not to mention I am now a proud mother of a beautiful baby boy!

I feel I needed time to recover on many levels.
My mental, emotional, physical, even spiritual health needed healing…and so did my relationship and relationship to my sexuality.

Being a mother now adds an extra layer of complexity to my being, which adds more intertwined elements to the topic of sexual wellness.

I’m excited to re-birth myself, this website, this topic.

We all go through seasons in life…But we can always begin again, evolve, and RE-CONNECT.
